Welcome to Kavya Life: Journeys by Amanda. By engaging travel planning services, making payment, or confirming travel arrangements, you agree to these terms and conditions. Advisor provides curated travel planning, booking, and guidance services.
2. Scope of Services
Advisor provides destination recommendations, itinerary design, booking accommodations and experiences, and travel guidance. All services are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
3. Independent Contractor Status
Journeys by Amanda is an independent contractor affiliated with Outside Agents. Outside Agents holds the following Seller of Travel registrations:
Florida Seller of Travel Registration No. ST15578
California Seller of Travel Registration No. 2090937-50
4. Journey Design Investment (Planning Fees)
$150 Aligned Escape (simple trips), $250 Signature Journey (curated travel), Custom pricing for complex itineraries. Fees are non-refundable and required prior to services.
5. Payments & Pricing
All travel costs must be paid per supplier deadlines. Prices are subject to change until confirmed. Deposits may be required.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Planning fees are non-refundable. Bookings are subject to supplier policies. Refunds are determined by suppliers.
7. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance including medical, cancellation, and evacuation coverage.
8. Travel Documentation & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements.
9. Assumption of Risk
Travel includes risks such as illness, delays, weather, and global instability. Clients assume all risks.
10. Limitation of Liability
Advisor is not liable for supplier issues or disruptions. Liability is limited to planning fees paid.
11. Force Majeure
No responsibility for uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
12. Wellness & Spiritual Disclaimer
Wellness or spiritual guidance is for personal enrichment only and does not replace medical or psychological advice.
13. Travel Acknowledgment
Clients accept personal responsibility and understand travel conditions may change. 14. Arbitration Agreement
Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Kentucky.
15. Governing Law
Agreement governed by Kentucky law.
16. Acceptance of Terms
Booking or payment confirms acceptance of all terms.
